1,3-Dioleoyl-2-lauroyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains oleic acid at the sn-1 and sn-3 positions and lauric acid at the sn-2 position. It has been found in human milk, butterfat, and palm kernel oil.1,2,3
