1'-epi Gemcitabine drochloride is the isomer of Gemcitabine drochloride , and can be used as an experimental control. Gemcitabine drochloride (LY 188011 drochloride) is a pyrimidine nucleoside analog antimetabolite and an antineoplastic agent. Gemcitabine drochloride inhibits DNA synthesis and repair, resulting in autophagyand apoptosis.
