Guanylyl imidodiphosphate is a nonhydrolyzable analog of GTP that can bind to and irreversibly activate G proteins in the presence of Mg2+.[1] This nucleotide is a potent stimulator of adenylate cyclase.[2] Guanylyl imidodiphosphate is used in studies of protein synthesis since the process of GTP binding, hydrolysis, and release is essential for the initiation of protein translocation across the endoplasmic reticulum.[3]
鸟苷酸亚胺二磷酸盐（Guanylyl imidodiphosphate）是GTP的一种不可水解的类似物，可在Mg2+存在的情况下结合并不可逆地激活G蛋白[1]。这种核苷酸是腺苷酸环化酶的强效刺激剂[2]。鸟苷酸亚胺二磷酸盐用于蛋白质合成的研究中，因为GTP的结合、水解和释放过程对于蛋白质跨越内质网的转运的启动是至关重要的[3]。
