JQ dS-4 is a Brahma-related gene 1 (BRG1)/BRM/SMARCA4 Degrader (PROTAC®; DC50 range = 9 - 390 nM in glioma models and cell lines). Comprises a BRG1 inhibitor joined by a linker to a cereblon (CRBN) E3 ligase ligand. Completely degrades BRG1 after 48 and 72 hours in HSJD-DIPG007 and SU-DIPGXIIIP cells and reduces viability of a variety of cancer cell lines including H3K27M glioma, prostate, thyroid and salivary gland. PROTAC® is a registered trademark of Arvinas Operations, Inc., and is used under license.

体内配方配制方法：取 μL DMSO母液，加入 μL PEG300，混匀澄清后加入μL Tween 80，混匀澄清后加入 μL saline，混匀澄清。
