RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) Peptides is a tripeptide that can bind to integrins, effectively induce cell adhesion, locate a specific cell line and produce a specific cellular response[1]. RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) Peptides regulates cell adhesion, migration and signal transduction by competitively binding to the integrin ligand binding domain[2]. RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) Peptides can be chemically modified (such as cyclization, conjugation) to expand its application in drug delivery, imaging diagnosis and other fields[3, 4]. RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) Peptides are widely used in cancer targeted therapy, tissue engineering and cardiovascular disease research[5].
