SDU-071 is a potent and orally active inhibitor of BRD4-p53 inhibitor. SDU-071 inhibits MDA-MB-231 cells proliferation with an IC50 of 10.5 μM. SDU-071 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
SDU-071 (10 μM, 24 h) induces cell-cycle arrest and apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].SDU-071 (10 μM, 72 h) inhibits cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
SDU-071 (250 mg/kg for i.g; once daily for 21 days) inhibits tumor growth in a MDA-MB-231 orthotopic mouse xenograft mammary tumor model[1].
